*Payments are required to be made at the beginning of each month for the number of lessons expected for that month (four weeks required unless contacted at least 2 weeks in advance).

*If going on vacation, please notify 2-3 weeks in advance as the time slot will then need to be filled. In case of illness, a makeup lesson can be arranged by emailing or texting as soon as you are aware. No refunds will be given for missed lessons due to failure to reschedule or give sufficient notice (at least 2 weeks if going on a vacation).

Scheduling

Lessons are to be held weekly on the same day and time that has been pre-arranged.

Holidays that we will not have lessons:

  • Week of Christmas to Jan 3rd
  • Thanksgiving

*If the holiday falls on a weekend, lessons will not be held that Th-Sat.

Again, If going on vacation, please notify 2-3 weeks in advance as the time slot will then need to be filled. In case of illness, a makeup lesson can be arranged by emailing or texting as soon as you are aware.
